What Is APII?
The Agency for the Promotion of Industry and Innovation (APII) is the Tunisian public body responsible for facilitating the creation of industrial and service companies. It houses the One-Stop Shop that centralizes creation formalities in a single physical location. APII issues investment declaration deposit certificates, which are essential for benefiting from tax advantages provided by the Investment Incentives Code.

The One-Stop Shop brings together representatives from several administrations under one roof: Commercial Registry, tax office, CNSS, customs and other bodies. This centralization allows completing in a single visit formalities that would otherwise require several days of scattered procedures. The One-Stop Shop is present in major Tunisian cities.
